    Brandon oversees the financial health of Scheldt Inc., managing everything from budgeting and forecasting to financial reporting and analysis. Beyond the day-to-day numbers, Brandon is responsible for financial risk management and the internal controls that protect the company's assets, making him a trusted voice in strategic decision-making across the business.

    Jacob leads all technology at Scheldt Inc., overseeing both internal systems and client-facing platforms. As the architect and lead developer of the company's custom software suite, he is the central authority on how these proprietary systems function and how they're recovered after a disruption. Jacob directs the design, development, and maintenance of the company's technology stack, while ensuring systems remain secure and bringing Scheldt into compliance with relevant standards and regulations. He is also a key decision-maker in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning for technology-related incidents.
